Sudden PM'ing regarding their bounty campaigns

There is this one user named anhhungcolao who suddenly PM'ed me their bounty campaign "BITSCREENER" Here is the link of their bounty campaign: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3353693.0

I'm just asking if this an illegal activity worthy of a negative trust or not?? If not then admins will delete this or will lock immediately. Here is the screenshot of the message. Thanks

There is nothing illegal here and it is not tagworthy. They are probably spamming every person in forum "begging" them to join their bounty. What a shame. I guess they are running out of so called "Bounty Hunters" after merit got introduced and many got tagged.

Just ignore the messages and report them. They will get banned for spamming others.

Decided to watch his profile and this topic. Once there was multi-accounting.

Proof:
All accounts are linked by the similarity of nicknames on Twitter, Telegram. They all have a common pattern of reporting.
In this bounty campaign except them a huge number of multi-accounts but these have clear signs.
