I have an ASUS R9270X-DC2T-2GD5 card that I just got. Put it in and am running cgminer with the following settings:

–thread-concurrency 15232 -I 19 -g 1 -w 512 –gpu-fan 85 –lookup-gap 2 –gpu-engine 1130 –gpu-memclock 1500 –gpu-powertune 20

I have also tried:

–shaders 1280 -I 19 -g 1 -w 512 –gpu-fan 85 –lookup-gap 2 –gpu-engine 1130 –gpu-memclock 1500 –gpu-powertune 20

-I 19 -g 1 -w 512 –thread-concurrency 26496 –gpu-powertune 20

Anyway I try it I get about 370Kh.

Also have (at the beginning of my batch file:
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

I am using cgminer 3.7.2.

Any suggestions?

I would change your worksize to 256 from 512, change the thread-concurrency to 20400, and the intensity to 19.  Let me know how that works for you.  I have a Sapphire R9 270x, but these settings net me ~510-520kh/s stable.

got the same card
tc 21568
i 19
engine 1100
memory 1250
powertune 10
g 1
look up gap 2
w 512
Gets me 462khs stable under 75c Wink

so try
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
-I 19 -g 1 -w 512 -–gpu-fan 85 –-lookup-gap 2 –-gpu-engine 1100 –-gpu-memclock 1250 –-gpu-powertune 10 –-thread-concurrency 21568
