7970 CGminer config/stats compare with mine? looking for advice

So iv been messing with my XFX 7970 on BAMT(linux distro for mining)

so i have

memory clock-1600
powertune-20

from the past 10-15 minutes im averagine 680-690 kh/s.

R : 1
HW: 0
U: 2.55/m-2.70/m

Temp is maxing toppin at 79C and normally ran around 77-78C

Does anyone else have a 7970, and use CGminer, compare and contrast the settings and output?

Actually you can follow the settings in the wiki of litecoin.
Those settings work and be the same with mine.
