Hi OP, I guess I found the reason why I cannot receive the payment.

Here is the transaction to my address.

The transaction size is 4629 bytes, but the transaction fee is just 0.0002 BTC.
For such transaction, the transaction should have been 0.0005 BTC (0.0001 / KB).

Please consider re-sending the transaction with a bigger fee.
Also, please avoid making the same mistake for future payments.


EDIT: The transaction eventually confirms, but still the transaction fee should not be smaller than 0.0001 / KB.
