In this year there are so many ICOs that have sprung up and almost mostly lead to fraud and failure. So investment in ICO has a big risk. Actually, the risk of ICO is only concentrated on the existence of "crime" which lies behind the project so it is not a profit but an impending loss. So if you are interested in investing in ICO, what must be done to ensure the potential ICO is
1. Learn carefully the documents Whitepaper made.
2. Make sure Developers are trusted or at least have identity certainty.
3. Ensure the Escrow facility, where there is a full guarantee of a "Trusted" third party as a depository for Investor funds.

so, don't be careless to choose an investment in ICO if you just start it.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

yes, I agree with that way. because I've also invested in ICO and got a scam. I did not read their whitepaper documents first and I was very careless in choosing ICO to invest. I think your post is the correct way to choose investment on ICO.

The advice is very useful and would help crypto investor to make great investment decisions that are very sound. For instance the whitepaper is one of the critical documents that can help the investor get a detail information about the ICO. Thanks for your advice.

These are really good rules to follow when investing in an ICO so as not to be a victim of fraudsters. You need to carefully examine the documents to get good returns.
