I'm planning on building a rig with two AMD Radeon HD 7870, an AMD Sempron 145 processor, and 4GB of memory. I was wondering what motherboard and power supply would work for this rig (I'm new to this).

One other question, if I'm just putting these components into a plastic crate like this, would I need to buy something to cool it?
