If I open account in BTC and choose 1:3 leverage right  and open 0.01 volume order on EUR/USD. Question is how much BTC need to open and keep this order? How much BTC will be 1 pips?

They are dead coins. Their 24h volume is less than 25 BTC which is quite low. They should also bring fresh air to the site adding XMR with its huge potential.

Also my opinion is that "coin with huge potential" is coin for several months used for buying&selling goods without transferring to BTC or fiat and without trying to get rich (or buying for the future selling). Only after that is the coin ready to be listed on major exchange.

I don't even think they have big userbase anymore. Btc-e is one of the biggest exchanges but look at the volume for minor altcoins:
Volume: 2450 NVC / 5 BTC
Volume: 3368 TRC / 0 BTC
Volume: 143096 FTC / 7 BTC
I don't know why they still keep these markets open. People of course have a chance to withdraw their coins. Anyway, removing useless altcoins is not priority, Btc-e still needs fresh air and I'd like to see XMR in bigger exchanges.
