Am i buying a good rig?

I'm planning on buying this rig for 650 euros or around 800$.
It is supposed to be a month old.

motherboard: ASrock 970 extreme 4
AMD sempron processor
4GB RAM
and 2 videocards:
- 7950 from Gigabyte (around 650 kh/s)
- 5870 from Asus. (around 420 kh/s)

This system would perform 1000kh/s

If i check on harware comparison that seems like a correct number, seems like a good deal.

Any toughts? Or things i should check when buying a rig.

If you are buying the graphics cards new then you should certainly consider R9 280x cards. They are excellent
