If anybody has any true exchanges (not coinbase) that accept ACH deposits, please let this country know.  It feels like Europe and the US are complete opposites.  Plenty of places in the US accept BTC, but there's almost nowhere to obtain it, while in Europe, there's plenty of exchanges and nowhere to spend it.
It seems we need some balance in the Bitcoin markets.

True, but think about Coinbase's profits.  If a real American exchange came out of hiding, how lucrative would it be for them?
