I think for a platform or module for an ICO would be better backed with secure coding like GO as apposed to Java, because it's more advanced it takes longer but will provide a more secure crypto opperation in the long run. The fountain aspect is that of how the design of the fountain (ICO) and how secure it is, the depth of the water (design/exchange) for ease of access to put in and extract coin easily, and how not to get wet extracting the coins (liquidity) unless that's what you want then the module would be deeper. Just an idea if anyone agrees throw me a reply or an update to signal boost and send.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)
