it looks pretty good. I noticed something to discuss with you.
1.Is there driveroad around the land?
2. Is there water and power supplied?
3. the land is covered by trees, can the trees be cut down if the land is made 15 lots?
4. how far is land to the nearest settlement community and supermarket?
