Think that 1.5 MH/s with this diff it's not very much. Try to work with a more low little diff:
set, after your address this : /1000+0.1 (-u AR3B19ogQ53AmNmoTsYGYAnf6zdhhhxoUu/1000+0.1 | or | AR3B19ogQ53AmNmoTsYGYAnf6zdhhhxoUu/1000+0.01)

Of course with more low diff you need to find more hashes for be payed, but will more simple to find it.

Is possible. Try to use a minor diff. I've explane how do it in this thread (two or three post ago)
