The pay out per minute is really small, but this takes almost no work whatsoever,

What does that come out to .000072 BTC and hour? Unless you could find a way to automate the calls from a bunch of lines it seems like it would be tough to earn enough for a payout. The idea that they can deny payment if they see too many lines coming in is what makes me hesitant to try. Interesting idea though.

This. The best way to earn coins is by what you are doing now; posting on the forums. Other sites are a waste of time. If you have any skills you could offer them on the services section. People always need coding and documents translating etc if you can do any of that.

I tried a few sites like that, just to get a few satoshi's in my wallet when I started out. But you would probably be better off getting an extra job and buying bitcoins for the salary than using those sites.

There seems to be a lot of affiliate links all around the forum, I guess that could be slightly more rewarding.

I really don't know what the big idea is with affiliate links on forums. It's frowned upon and sometimes can get you banned. But in reality, links are a part of the internet and who cares of someone gets paid for the effort they put into advertising a service?
