Hi,

Bammergera is a pro scammer ..
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=215915
He scammed me in a very professional manner

First he send me 0.10 worth of btc to gain my trust BUT when i send him upfront funds over paypal he vanished and blocked me over skype.

I filed a instant dispute but this moron is a professional, he tricked paypal too ..

He told paypal (given statement) :-

1/13/2014 13:57 GMT+01:00 - Seller: I sold this user virtual goods , Runescape gold to be precise. It says in the payment notes that it was virtual goods also . I delivered the buyer the gold and within 15 minutes he opened up this Paypal dispute which is a false claim. I hope you can get this issue sold as soon as possible , Thank you.
1/13/2014 13:55 GMT+01:00 - Seller: I've delivered you your Runescape gold , why are you disputing the transaction? if you want your money back you can speak to me on Skype and return the goods you bought and i will happily refund your product. Making false disputes is unfair on me as a seller as i work hard to get these products and sell them.

That time i was not able to chargeback because my funds was from BET365 not from my CC

I know its my fault to deal with paypal and i admit it ... BUT recently i found this moron is still active in this forum.

I request to MOD Please ban him or at least fuck his trust rating so every once can see

Thanks

P.S. Proofs

1.He used given thread to scam me
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=408846.msg4479369#msg4479369

2.He claimed he is a hack forum member and gave me paypal id  .. " aygund@hotmail.co.uk " which i just found he used to scam a fellow forum member here :- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=396933.msg4322244#

3.he changed his skype after scamming me:-

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=408846.msg4432155#msg4432155
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=429667.msg4699203#msg4699203

4. he never replied my accusation till i start abusing him, you can check his past threads

You keep sending me PM's with flame towards me and my family , you keep trashing my sales threads, i have never dealt with you and never will because of the way you act. IDK if someone else scammed you and linked you to my profile or whatever but i did NOT scam you. Please leave me alone.
I've reported your pms to admins and posts to moderators. You dont even have valid proof that i did anything.

This guy is a serial scammer. He uses the same tactic over and over to scam people and keeps making new accounts. He really has no other life than to scam people. It's the most pathetic thing I've honestly ever seen.

The only thing he keeps consistent is this paypal account aygund@hotmail.co.uk

Call paypal and tell them that he told you to write these things and for them to verify proof/method of shipping. Since you are buying as goods/services there needs to be proof of shipping. DO NOT SAY YOU WERE BUYING DIGITAL ITEMS. Tell them you were buying a physical item and that he told you to write digital.

If you want to take it further, be very polite with the specialist and even ask to speak to a supervisor/manager and explain that this guy is most likely a fraud and to please look further into his account and to verify his identity. The more eyes he has looking at his account. The better chance he will be shut down.

It shouldn't be too difficult to track him down now, considering you have his name and a bunch of his profiles.  A bit more research and a quick bounty to people in Europe and his life will soon be a living hell.

But a note to all those who may potentially look into it: DO NOT PAY WITH PAYPAL EITHER VIA GOODS OR GIFT if you're purchasing on anything but Ebay.  Best case scenario is you will never get anything, and you will have to file a chargeback claim and wait almost a month for your money back.

Worst case scenario is paypal will side against you.

DO NOT USE PAYPAL EITHER AS BUYER OR SELLER!!!!!

Paypal, secret deals via Skype, Teamviewer.......people keep asking to get scammed and scammers will oblige.
I flagged this guy 13 days ago, I guess Trust is seldom read. Live, learn and move on.

I disagree with this.  Lying is not the way to win arguments.

Tell the truth - both sides were willingly trading a digital currency.  Then explain his scam.  Who knows, he may get enough legit complains they freeze his account and start refunding people.  Eventually they will accept digital currencies and may revisit your case.  But you won't ever get your money back if you lie.

The problem is that trust doesnt transfer to new accounts and this shithead makes a new one every other day.  All he needs is one person to fall for his scam and he will make a new one.

I'm not advocating dishonesty but when the opposing party is playing dirty you need to do things to help your situation.

If you tell them you were dealing with digital goods, you are automatically disqualified under their buyer protection and they have no liability to help you.

How is the best when people lose money everyday due to scams? I guess some don't think it will happen to them.
