Wouldn't it make sense to reward the people who are helping your coin right now by mining through the high diff...?
I've found 4 blocks on the cryptotycoons pool so far, but only collected 1.5 in shares...

I think it's a better idea to give a reward to the miners who are mining now, to get the diff lower.
