5 billion transactions per day, who is more? No, seriously, after the story with Quarkchain you start to be afraid of the loud statements of developers. I would like at least some confirmation to hear the stated bandwidth.

We are not one of those projects that promise something without a clear development plan. We follow the roadmap and are ready to put our words into action with the help of forming our product. We, together with our community will go through many more stages, each of which will expose a work product or function that can be viewed and tested. That is why we recommend for skeptical-mooded to wait for the next stage or at least the release of Yellow Paper, which will be published in all sources, including here at the forum.
So when we can expect to see the release of Yellow Paper? You made a good point about promises.

SO in any case I need to create meta wallet. ICO profile only gives an address for depositing.  Am I right?

All types of voting are triggered by the appearance of a notification about voting in the interface #MetaGate and notifications in the respective channels.

The votes are counted according to the number of #MHC from the voter. A vote is a technical transaction signed with a private key voting, publicly available. To win a certain option you need to get 50% + 1 vote.

What is the time limit for voting? Can I set the period myself?

What is the time limit for voting? Can I set the period myself?

We can not grant a period at the discretion of the user, however, the regulation of the period will be based on the number of votes collected.
There are 3 types of voting:
"Extra" - the voting period is 24 hours
Used only for directions where emergency voting may be necessary. With more than 10.000.000 votes against, the voting is put into the regime
«Fast».

"Fast" - the voting period is 1 week
With more than 100,000,000 votes against the vote
is set to the "standard" mode.

"Standard" - the voting period is 1 month
Running a vote occurs publicly or by switching from
the "fast" mode.

More details about the voting procedure, you can read in the WP.

Got it, the last question. How many tokens are pledged for emissions?

At the moment, 70% of MHCs do not exist at the time of the ICO and are emitted according to the time set in the #MetaHash code. 70% of emissions consist of 50% forging #MetaHash, 10% team stimulation and 10% for project development.
