Does delegation give you same reward as running your own node? Perhaps overlooked, couldn't find details about that.

That is only legit with bitshares' delegated proof-of-stake approach. If u are the delegate u will get the reward no matter what u are doing. Even if u are a bad actor u will get the pay because malicious elements also have the right to stay around. Scammers, conmans setting up fake nodes to pilfer user share do want to eat too and only u can keep them fed.

If coins were delegated to a compromised node that has been detected as performing malicious activity, the delegation is canceled automatically, and all coins are frozen for 10 days to exclude the possibility of any transfers or  redelegation. Coins remain in the ownership of their holder, but are unavailable for the next 10 days. So setting up fake nodes will not bring any profit to their owners.

And also the reliability of the node is regulated by the units of the trust. Moreover trust is used as weighting factor in role assignment and voting influence.

So, if you delegate coins to malicious node, in that case coins will recover in the ownership of their holder after 24 hours.

Malicious node will lost 6 month.

Quite unique in Metahash management, surely holders will feel safe with this method. Applications that are quite interesting and this will not bring the holder to loss and loss, be careful in using Metahash because it has node security.

Now it is clear why people have recognized the value of the idea. At least it looks like they have. But some of it's due to it being a really useful business that can have global implications.

i'm not sure but i think that comma[,] "echo ,/gt.conf" in here might be causing some problem. i will try to setup wallet today on my linux machine and let you know how it went.

Good evening, I think it's time for you to launch the forging, I see you a little behind schedule, we form a strong community, so you're missing more interactions

Hello,

I can understand your point of view but i prefer them to make more tests on their forging process rather than launtch it with bugs.
Imagine them launch early the forging process and still have some bugs on (or not discovered bugs), their reputation will fall down and that will be big problems for the project.
I'm like you, looking every day on official website hoping them have launtched the forging process but i think they do not have to rush it. I prefer them to launtch later the forging process but fully functional with 0 bugs on.

Courage for waiting !  Smiley

Thank you for providing article. You said that you will have ultra-fast transaction confirmation. Which TPS you predict? Do you have a compare with other similar 4th Blockhains projects?

Speed will be not less 50k tps.
You can find information about comparisons in our WhitePaper - https://static.metahash.org/docs/MetaHash_WhitePaper_EN.pdf?v=5
No, we haven't articles about comparisons with other Blockchain 4.0 projects.
