Questionable aspects concerning Metahash AG management

In the Commercial Register of Swiss Canton Zug where Metahash AG is located there only Kirill Ganin is mentioned as a member of the Board of Directors (German: Verwaltungsrat) and solely authorized to sign for the company. Are there other members, and if yes: who they are?

Since 2017 Ganin is also the sole member of the Board of Directors (administrator) at Clos Belmont Finance SA, Geneva (French: Genève). In my opinion a financial company with only one director can´t be defined as quite important.

Connection MetaHash AG – Clos Belmont Finance SA via Kyrill Ganin

In April 2018 a certain member of bitcointalk.org heavily promoted Bank4you ICO with „BEEFY“ (BFY) token launched by Bank4you Group, a really obscure company, registered in Panama and run by Russian national Dmitry Chernasky:

I suspect the person behind this member could be Kyrill Ganin. Perhaps this ICO has been really launched by Clos Belmont Finance?

There obviously wasn´t large interest for this ICO that had been promoted with „great arguments“ (Bank4You Group - an international finance consortium based in UK and Luxembourg/large experienced team ...).

The homepage of this „Bank“ bank4you.io is already deleted (vacant domain), and there is neither bank4you.com nor bank4you.org. The evolution of BEEFY price is typical for scam activity.

As per Swiss Law, the director of a local company must be the local resident. Founders listed on MetaHash website are also the founders of MetaHash AG and they used to work with Mr Ganin on various projects in the Swiss banking industry. Mr Ganin has a long experience in banking and truly believes that crypto industry will be powerfully supported by private and institutional investments. Thus he accepted an offer to lead Metahash project in Switzerland and became the local director for Metahash AG, Zug. In the coming weeks, the company will start to grow in staff and representation in Switzerland and will include several reputed local professionals from the crypto industry. Meanwhile, Clos Belmont Finance is a 14 year old multi-family office directed by the same person since 2009. Its main area of activity is external asset management and in this regard, the crypto industry is becoming one of investment focuses for a vast number of clients wishing to diversify their portfolios from pure vanilla banking products or private equity. There is no connection between the ICO of bank4u and Mr Kirill Ganin apart from the fact that he knows the UBO of the bank. He was no way connected to this ICO.

Kirill Ganin was engaged with Clos Belmont Finance from 2009. During his work, he was authorized to sign with dual signature but as of 04.01.2017 he received sole signature right.
