I just checked the metahash explorer, only to be seeing zero balance on all the transactions for the pass 5minute. What might be the cause of that?

Is it still on testnet?

0 value transactions are actually the delegations of coins to servers that people make.
When coins are delegated to a Node they are not actually transferred - they are locked.
It's a data transaction entrusting a Node vote with this coins.

Basically saying just a few people know about Metahash. Eventually people will hear about this and the coin will rank up. And then more people will participate in forging. The theoretical "five billion transactions per day with no more than three seconds to validate a transaction" will then be tested = CHAOS!

Is there a sharding? So each Master & Verification shard contains & processes only one piece of blockchain.

Yes and No.
Incoming transactions are collected by multiple nodes and then sent to verification nodes that prepare sub-blocks for masters, masters merge the sub-blocks together, forge the block and seed to torrent nodes.

It's a very simplified story.

Help me understand what happens with the forging and delegation rewards.
I had 2001 coins, 100 of which I launched into forging on my laptop and 1901 delegated to one of the pools in February. I started receiving 3 rewards every day - exactly 38 coins, 6+ coins and a few dozen MHC (the number of the last ones, if I understood correctly, depends on the time of forging per day).
In March, I only get 6+ MHC per day. Why is this happening? Maybe the nodepool switched to monthly or weekly payments instead of daily payments?

Hello!

Reward distribution is changed.
Delegation reward stays the same, the reward is reducing because of a number of delegated coins.
No wallet reward now, only random. In the network more than 1000 active wallets right now, so, it's not guaranteed that you'll get the random reward every day.

Is this true that they have 50k TPS? They have sharding ot how they hit such big TPS? As far as I remmeber nowdays noone dont have so many TPS. Just Pchain going to hit more than 100l TPs, but mainnet launch only in a month or so.

Yes, it's true. 50 k TPS - minimum.
