My best option is to refund ASAP to make him shut.

The problem is not in 217.5 EUR
So after all this bitching here, in monday I'll ship you what you paid for
2 boards without ASIC chips , tested to work on 0 GH/s

I asked for a refund (usual EU right of withdrawal) of 217.50 EUR on 2013-12-10 !!!!!!!!!

Why you told me the refund needs max 10 days?
Why you asked me for my paypal adress to refund me, but did nothing?

I've ordered from Technobit 3 times and everything was delivered without any big problems, just some delays (but that's quite normal in the bitcoin hardware world)

Yes you can say they are behind shipping schedule (2 out of my 3 orders were late)
Yes you can say they aren't good in communication
No you can not say they are scammers just because your order went terribly wrong

People who can't accept an order to be delayed or can't accept a company with bad communication, then stop ordering with companies who can't deliver instantly and stop all this war that's all over the forums with all companies.

I disagree, after promise after promise, month after month I am disappointed, I haven't gone as far as shouting scam but this is almost on par with avalon. At least avalon refund the BTC so you could say it is worse.

My first order was 20th September, ok he probably did not receive chips for a couple of weeks but hey where nearly in February.

How long did your order take ?

We have been bypassed continually by other products.

Maybe not a scam but defiantly a sham.

Who knows if/when my boards where produced ? Have they been hashing away for 3 months now ? Who knows, but what I do no is that there not here with me..

My Order is ~3 months late as well. Marto told me 3 weeks. His site says product is in stock, he then says, no there's a queue that must be filled for this batch to be produced & thats after he said, your units are in assembly. All the while PM's and emails go unanswered while at the same time you get emails & new threads about new products when your month late 2 months late order hasn't been updated since you paid.

FYI this is absolutely how service providers are NOT supposed to act.

If you feel compelled to order from Technobit do your self a huge favor and use Paypal. Its a damn shame that Marto's customers have to sit and wait or chase him on the forums to get what they paid for. Is Marto a talented EE, Yes he is. Does that excuse the fact that Marto is running his business like a slum lord, No it doesn't.

I do not understand at all.  Sorry for all your losses, but yeesh guys... get an internet scam compass!!
