Dev hasn't been on here in a month...add this alt to the long, long, list of scamcoins. 

Why SCAMcoin? He had no premine and he did everything in favour to users that he was able to do...we just don't have traders and investors.

You list it as we "just" don't have traders and investors, but these are the key persons for value 

The fact that dev failed to attract traders/investors doesn't make him a scammer.
But if no longer intend to support it, it would be nice to be clear about it.

Does difficulty retardet even work? We are supposed to hit 1 block per 30 seconds but it seems that it's eta of 3-5 seconds :O

Point them back to something else. This coin is dead. It won't be profitable even if you find every block, there's simply no buy orders.

I think i've seen few buy orders but really low (few satoshis, not even 10).

There are some at Allcrypt between 20-30 sats, but still not worth the effort (plus, they may quickly disappear once you start selling).
