Mining rig rentals: My guarantee includes double time for any downtime.

If the miner goes down for any reason you will get the time back plus one.

I.E. 1 hour down = 2 hours credit

Some info on each miner:


Gamer1 = X11 - 2 x 7970ghz 
Gamer2 = X11 - 7970ghz + 7970 
Gamer3 = X13 - 2 x R290x


Gamer4 = Sha256 - 5 x Antminer S1's overclocked + Antminer S2
Gamer5 = Sha256 - Antminer S2

I got a stupid question for you.  I rented 12 hours on your Gamer2 rig.  When I did so, I noticed there were two different prices for 12 hours, 24 hours, etc.  I took the lower cost of the two 12 hours ones.  That was at about 9:30pm, my time.  It's now 2 hours later, and it says I only have your rig rented for another 4 hours.  What am I missing, or am I just thoroughly confused???

Hello,

I assume that you were getting that rate via the leaserig stats. I can assure you that the rig never went down. The method used to display the speed on leaserig is not always accurate. My logs show that the rig never went down to that speed.

That being said. If you do lease again I will add some time to your lease as a sign of good faith. Just PM me and I will hook you up.

Thanks for the extra time.  Rig continued to run great the remainder of the lease.  Had there been a rehire discount I might have rented it again. Maybe next time.

Ps. Not allowing a renew until the last hour makes it tough for happy customers to rent if it ends in the middle of the night while they are sleeping. Something to keep in mind.
