What happens if people begin to create dangerous Cryptocurrencies?

What should the community do to people who create rogue coins or don't do things right? (rogue coins in this case are coins for hackers, coins for DDoSers, coins for kidnappers, coins for assassins, fake coins, substandard coins, centralized coin etc)?

I think the community needs rules and should be able to punish people who are found to be breaking the community rules. This more like Self-regulation.    Punishment can be  lawful DOSing, exclusion, Ostracization, banning etc
The rules and enforcement need to be automated (crypto world is all about automation/algorithm right?) in order not to be abused.

Anybody or exchange found to be dealing with the ostracized users or Cryptocurrencies is banned from crypto community.

*Big problem is how do we bring all the communities together to make and agree on the right rules?

People should be free to transact value whenever they want and however they want.
These crimes should be punished when they are caught in the real world and put in jail, not to abuse their value transfer system to punish them.

The developers who create the coin are the ones that determine the rules at first. Of course there can be forks,  but we'll ignore this for the time being. What makes you think that the people you speak of would use a system which has built in protections to prevent people like them doing what they want? They'll just use another system.

You can't create a universal set of rules for cryptocurrencies, because anyone can develop one.

I like to think of myself as a moral person mostly, who has no interest in seeing bad actors flousish in any way whatsoever. Nevertheless, if we could prevent them from doing so in a decentralized environment, we'd be compromising the entire principle of blockchain to begin with. Remember the greatest censor: government. Blockchain must be uncensorable to work and achieve its goals. How else can free thinkers ever be truly free? How else would we ever avoid an Orwellian society?

In regards to your arguments, cash can do all the bad things blockchain can. It's also anonymous.

Your idea is a great idea that should be considered and implemented but sadly it's not possible, having a rule guarding the crypto atmosphere is a call for centralized system which is against the main crypto idea. The best rule is to be self aware and also developers should play a large role in safeguarding people who buy into their prestigious Artwork or should i say brainwork.

Completely and fortunately unfeasible.
