Easiest / fastest exchange for BTC to USD?

In the midst of uncertainty, I'm going to cash out some of my BTC to USD and sit on the sidelines until we know what's going on. I was going to do this on Bitstamp, but it requires verification which is going to take too long. What is the best exchange to use, where I don't have to verify, that I can transfer BTC to and cash out to USD straight away? I will be leaving the USD there to buy back in eventually.

Is BTC-E a safe exchange to work with? I already have that set up with 2 factor auth.

I recommend CampBX personally.  They allow you to withdraw direct to a US Bank account.  Soon they will be doing deposits from your US Bank account as well.
Trading is a slow kludge and volume isn't high, but the pricing there doesn't seem as variable as on the other exchanges.  Good way to park money anyways.

I have used both LocalBitcoin.com and CoinBase.com in the past. CoinBase requires a bank account and did delay a withdrawal for a few days one time, but other than that no issue.
