Use trusted escrow. The escrow will hold the btc and the seller must have all receipt about picture of item and receipt of shipping. When the item reach the buyer, the escrow release the btc to the seller.

You should use escrow if you haven't already send the item. escrow with a trusted person should be comfortable for both parties too.
