WARNING! Bounty cheater with fake accounts @163.com

Hello everyone.

Just wanted to bring everyone's attention that there has been a massive cheat attempt as of late on several bounties.

If by any chance you're collecting emails, check how many people registered with email something_something@163.com

This guy/group signed up with 4500 fake twitter accounts in one of my campaigns, and by talking to some other BM's, i noticed they saw this as well-

So please, if you see this pattern, block them.

And I'm struggling here to clear my name with my only account other than LFM. these people have 4500 accounts just on twitter? I'm going to tag them and ask for nothing in return if I find them.
