I typed IDEX into google and first result was this:

It redirects to fake idex exchange site "idexmarkets-official.com"

Only option is to unlock wallet:

After "unlocking" wallet phishing site redirects to real site https://idex.market/unlock

Damn google and their ads. Be careful guys.

Not sure if I am in correct section but it seems most people are here  Undecided

Thank you for the warning. It is better to bookmark the website address of exchanges and online wallets to minimize the risk of such phishing website.

yes it happened many times before and as far as i remembered this,it already happened a year or two year ago.
back then i typed Bittrex on google and they showed me those Ads.if i do not see it clearly i should have been fallen for it because they're suggesting Biittrex instead of Bittrex.
well it's all about money, that was why Google did not care about this stuff at all.

for other people, just make sure to type it correctly on your address bar in complete form or bookmark it after you use it.

I don’t know why
But honestly I don’t use idex

I don’t like them
Their fees
Their charges

Their website consumes data
It crashes pc and all other negativities

I think it is high time people stopped using Google search engines to search investment websites. Using the search engines might expose your data to phishing site unknowingly when you enter the site. You know what that means if they have access to your information? To curb this, bookmark the real site you registered your information so that when next you wish to visit the site it will be easier.

thank for you warning, I tried to search in my browser, searching "Idex", don't have any ads with fakes idex exchange site, my first result is "https://idex.market", I recommend better bookmarked all the crypto exchange site and never direct search from google because ads don't guarantee you it's a real site, always double check website url and ssl before insert your sensitive information

I have just used idex oh my god. Thanks a lot for posting this info here as it will help a lot of users. Uh I was lucky that I did not search idex market on google as I have a bad habbit on clicking the first url. I hope idex will notice this and will put a warning message or something.

Thank you for sharing this fake link, i always suggest my fellow crypto community members to be vigilant online and do not ever click or fill details in the wrong website, the easiest way is to bookmark the real websites that you trade on or your wallet websites so that you never enter a fake website.

We all know that is not going to happen. I usually have exchanges bookmarked or if not bookmarked I usually search announcement topic on bitcointalk. Curiosity, I guess.

Ad is still there. They are making so much noise about removing all crypto related ads but they are unable to remove phishing site even 24+ hours after it has been reported.  Roll Eyes

I never click on any ad link on google. You guys stay away from search results which have ad tag. It maybe fishing site and google has no idea about it, they just care about profits.
I have meet case that google send me fishing ad email. That's too bad for google.

It's surprising that anyone can put an ad for an exchange or a wallet on Google without any control. Google should establish some type of control, such as requesting the necessary documentation to ensure that whoever posts an ad of this type is the actual owner of the exchange or the real developer of the wallet.

Scammers can make fake sites for any exchange and even for wallets. You need to save these sites and do not use Google to avoid losing money.

Wow, I think I clicked on the wrong wallet. Huh
So at the moment my token is not being transferred, I think I should transfer my token immediately, my private key should have been exposed.

This hackers are getting good, they use adwords to implement their phishing activity, but I believe only newbies will fall to this kind of phishing, so better study on how to secure your wallet, bookmarking is good but we still need a good options to store our wallet, this is the reason why i do not trust exchange, that you need to enter your private key.
