So the timiEMR subsystem on the timicoin project is The Electronic Data Management system that will be used in
provider facilities as their lead EMR system or the connecting point between their existing EMR system and TimiHR network.

Data Access is When a consumer organization searches for a particular category data, search engine algorithms TimiHR search index and pick up the source location for the type of data the organization is asking.
That organizations will be charged for data by source location and category of data.
The organization may then request to patient to give access.
