I am selling stake in an upcoming Bitcoin exchange which will be trading altcoins with USD and EURO the development is all set and ready to go. I am selling away 10% stake for 4BTC, will sell not more than 35% stake. Rest details about the project can be detailed via PM or skype.

If the exchange was already in existence and one could view it and verify who the owners are etc etc etc then you may get some interest.

Selling 10% of basically an idea for 4 BTC is pushing it a bit wouldn't you think?

This is not an idea only I have setup everything and ran out of cash for the last few things, so if someone shows interest in being a partner the things will be up and running in no more than a week
