My bank in the US won't wire to Asia, (Gox, Bitfinex) and I want to buy about $5,000 in btc.

Which exchanges have an EU account please?

UK would be preferred by my bank -but any account in the EU...

https://www.bitstamp.net/ supports international wire transfer.

Bitstamp works with wires fine. I believe kraken.com accepts wires as well.
