Aphelion is such a exiting project with a active marketing team.they recently released a beautiful desktop wallet for nep 5 tokens.and they will release their exchange soon.in other hand NEX is a project with a massive hype.Both are exhange projects.according to your opinion what project will become the best after they release their exchanges

In my opinion better Aphelion. One of the advantages of Aphelion is that the project will build its protocol on the NEO Blockchain. A distinctive feature of NEO is the speed of the transaction.
