Hello all!

I bought a thing with Bitpay service and after 10 minutes tells me that Invoice has been expired. The BTC have already arrived and now I can't click to refuse it...
I also sended the bitcoin's from BTC-E to the adress that showed on the bitpay service.

Is it a own?

I'm not sure... but it's never a good idea to use an exchange as a wallet,

meaning don't use it to make payments.

Exactly.
Don't use an exchange to make on-chain betting as well. You are guaranteed to lose the bets.
