Mt.Gox Account Verification

I registered at Mt.Gox at December 2013 ,
then I made some funding trade with Bitcoin ,
then I made the process to be verified ,
I sent them all the details they asked at 2 Jan 2014 ,
I'm still waiting after 25 days their approval ,
also I opened a support desk inquiry but they never replied ,
what to do further ?

I found it took about 10 business days for MtGox Verification to go through. You probably got caught up in the backlog from the holidays. The 10 day time was for an account with no balance.

Mtgox is checking my docs since 3-4 days. Do you have an idea of how many days it can take? What are the current delays?

I'm still waiting and I sent my docs on the 14 of december. I got a notice that they have received it and it will take up to 10days but they have recently changed it to 20days.

due to holidays they are taking too much time for this you have to wait for this my friend waiting for 40 days
