Your account will only get locked if you get banned or reset your password via secret question.

Nope. You have to post to get those points. If you return after a long time then you'll be awarded those points faster once you start posting again as they've been backed up. If you never return you don't get any more points.

To get 14 activity points, you will need to post 14 times. It is simple: if no post, no activity.

No your account would never get locked for no activity or for not logging into your account for a while. The only way your account will get locked is if you are spamming or violate the rules other than just just keep posting and stay active as much as you can!

You are confusing banned and locked accounts. If you will spam and violate rules, your account will be banned (temporary or permanently).
Usually accounts getting locked when someone hack it. When someone change email address on account, original owner get message to email with option to lock accounts. Only admin can activate account again.
Also, many accounts which was registered before Bitcointalk database hack in 2015 are also locked.
