Which one should I go with;

11221-01-40G or 11221-00-20G?

Remember that 11221-01-40G costs $460

And the 11221-00-20G costs $360

So $100 difference, which one should I go for?

I heard the 40G hits 800 kH/s easily, but the 20G is stuck at 700-750 kH/s.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Seems like the prices has changed. The 20G model is now at $350, and the 40G model at $450. Personally, I would go with the Sapphire R9 280X Toxic (40G).
