Reading, searching, give time to yourself to think what you are doing and last watch on youtube and search in Google. That's what I can offer to you because that's what I observe as helpful.

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

Reading news in order to let myself keep in touch with the field. There are a number of official accounts in wechat, these accounts often share different analysis and opinions in different angles. Most importantly you have to be active and willing to learn the things you do not know what is it about from the news. There is not such a guide or syllabus in this field at the moment. Research on unknown terms and reading others review can definitely give you the biggest insight.

I know a lot about cryptocurrencies, such as YouTube, Twitter, Discor, Telegram, where YouTube is the best, because there are videos to watch directly!

There are many ways of educating yourself about cryptos. First of all get yourself acquainted with the blockchain technology and how it works. For news updates and other related information there are useful sites like coindesk, newsbtc, coinbase, ccn, cointelegraph and many more.  There are many useful videos and analyses on Youtube as well.
