No he doesn't, but this means that he will forfeit the collateral in the event that the value of the collateral drops bellow a certain safety procent.
If the agreed safety percent value of the collateral between him and the lender is for example set at 110% and he doesn't top it up to raise the value to 130%, then the lender will sell his tokens.

not really, your token has not listed in any exchange whom I have account, so it would be difficult to realize them in default case or if price fail prompt.
