I am looking at a few PSU's . I ensured that they both have 2x 6pin PCI-e ports. I would like some input as to whether they are shit or ok

The first is

TOPOWER ZU-650W 650W ATX12V Version 2.0 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Certified Power Supply
Fans: 2 x 80mm Fans
Main Connector: 20+4Pin
+12V Rails: 2
PCI-Express Connector: 2 x 6-Pin
Model #: ZU-650W

Its on sale for almost half off

the second is

Rosewill Stallion Series RD500-2DB 500W ATX12V Power Supply
Fans: Dual 8cm Ball Bearing Fan
Main Connector: 20+4Pin
+12V Rails: 2
PCI-Express Connector: 2 x 6-Pin
Model #: RD500-2DB

and the third is

APEVIA ATX-AS680W-BL 680W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready Power Supply
Fans: 1 x 120mm UV blue LED fan 2 x 80mm UV blue fan
Main Connector: 20+4Pin
+12V Rails: 2
PCI-Express Connector: 2 x 6-Pin
Model #: ATX-AS680W-BL

Are any of these ok? Do i need 680w for one cube? Any input is appreciated, thanks

I use a corsair CX600 to run a single cube overclocked and it runs at almost 38 GH/s. You need to check the 12v rail amps the higher the better. Anything above 40amps on the 12v rail should be good. It will set you back about 60 bucks on amazon.
Don't use this crap TOPOWER. There's a reason its on sale.

Awesome thank you so much. I couldn't really find extensive info on how to choose the power supply, it was kinda disappointing. You gave me some info that no one else provided. I'm probably gonna grab the same one you have since I've heard corsair recommended quite a few times as a good psu. But i'm gonna look around a little bit still.

Thanks ray

You can even run a single cube, overclocked, with a Corsair CX430, only $45 at Aamzon. I have my cube hooked up to a CX750 and am planning on getting a 2nd one soon.

FYI - no problems at all with the Thermaltake TR2 TR-700.

Been running a cube OC'd for a month without issue, along with 22 Antminer U1's and 4 Arctic F12 fans - Good PSU Smiley
