Good question. I would also be interested in finding a similar source with such detailed comparisons.
For example, Google immediately gave a link to this information http://www.coinparator.com/compare-exchanges/

The Bitcoin wiki also has a comparison sheet of the most popular exchanges.
Check it out here: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Comparison_of_exchanges

The page seems to be updated reasonably frequent, but I can't say for sure that all information is 100% accurate.
I'd always check on the exchange's website. Don't forget that trust is also a big factor, it's best to spend some time looking up honest reviews and scam accusations as well.

So far, there are no websites you mentioned to compare these exchanges! However, there are some quotation apps to compare the size of these exchanges! The problem you're talking about should have to do with volume and visibility, so binance should be the best.

I think the best way to compare exchanges is to go to each one individually and look at its daily trading volumes. Choose from proven and good exchanges.

I think the main features that a good crypto exchange needs to have is a good variety of coins (not only the top coins but also some new, promising coins), good trading volume, the ability to put a stop loss ( Really many good exchanges do no have it like Kucoin ), safety of the exchange and fast replying support. No withdraw limit is also a plus. Just find some exchange with all this together.

Maybe this article from bloomberg can help you,
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-03-05/crypto-exchanges-raking-in-billions-emerge-as-kings-of-coins
it is the income of some exchange, which means that the first order of more trading volume.

The cryptos are compared on the basis of some factors. Firstly it is the price which matters. Then the technology behind it and the team working also have a great effect.

Most of the time I only choose Binance and huobi, because they are two big websites.
The fees are not high and the trading experience is good. Grin

It depends on the investment who you want to make. If you are looking for low cap projects, then it is better to buy them on a decentralized exchange or exchanges like HitBTC or Kucoin, because this are exchanges where the coins lists first. If you want to buy coins with a bigger volume then is Binance a good solution.

A good exchange must have a lot of trading volume, but you have to notice that many exchanges are using robot transactions to increase their trading volume. You can check the website of coinparator, my own habit is in binance.

I do the comparison of exchanges by checking the fees and based on the reviews of bitcointalk users. I will avoid those exchanges that are frequently complained by the users here.
