Version 0.703 has gone trough a successful testing period on various window systems.

- Changed the in/out/mining images with new images
- Change About left border color from blue to gold yellow
- Updated the version to v0.703 beta
- Added compiling dependencies boost/ssl/qt4/rncode to sourcelist
- Left compiled win wallet and deamon in sourcecode root folder called krugerwinwallet
