Sorry I didn't see this post was moved here until just now.
I looked really hard at the screenshot before I even posted it and found no obvious signs of editing. Either it's real or a really good forgery. (I used to frequent SA before getting banned, so I have other screencaps to compare it to.)
As far as the spaceship jest, yes I am. Feel free to donate once I set up a bitcoin receiving account and service! You might think it's ridiculous, but I see it as the way of the future.
Lastly, I am skeptical about the message, but the guy who sent it to me has always been an upstanding dude and has been incredibly helpful to me and several other goons when it comes to anything web related. I realize the timing is suspect, but honestly is there a time where this coming to light wouldn't look like a troll? (ironically, if it is this transangeles guy probably just make a few more $) SA members have been shitting on Bitcoin for as long as it's been popular. Perhaps even longer?
