Not always. Had someone charge back to me when I sold for paypal and I won the case. |

I hope you made it as a invoice of a something that like a product planned to be shipped.
Anything digital or stuff like that is hard to win.

Scammers quickly transfer their funds out of Paypal, leaving a $0 balance. Paypal can do nothing when this happens and the account is not verified.
