we can not guarantee the ICO project is going to succeed, because the name of a project there must be success and failure is already a risk but we can still try to choose a good ICO project. we can see from ico funds, marketing and most important is the compactness of a although we can not guarantee the success of the ico project but if those three things blend well I think the ico project will be a success.
