If you send him an e-mail then he can hide all the complaints.
PS - Why is there no volume of trading on Crycurex?

Reason is that I still dont have auto-deposits and I dont want to add new coins and gain new customers, If I am not able provide proffesional and high-quality services.

I have lot of ideas how to improve quality of my exchange, but you - customers - have to give me little bit more time Wink

That's great, in the mean time when you are not so busy with the upgrade, take a moment to complete my BTC withdrawal request (ID 8199).

Thank you.

Apparently my BTC withdrawal amount is smaller than the network fee, so this was the reason my withdrawal request was not processed.

So I canceled the withdrawal request, bought COXE, and now have COXE withdrawal request in "waiting" status for two days now.

Please complete that COXE withdrawal.

OK, the withdrawal has been processed. Thank you.

Now only thing that remains is to find a way to sell those COXE/KOI coins somehow  Cheesy

Important news about Crycurex.com

As many of you know, Crycurex.com is here for several months already. We try to provide best services, but sometimes there may be some difficulties.

Our main priority is to maintain highest possible security of our clients coins and accounts. Therefore, some upgrades may take longer than expected, to be sure this/these updates has/have no security vulnerabilities.

As you can see, for last few months, lot of new exchanges came to market. Many of them had some problems, many of them stole clients coins. They like to say „we were hacked“
Crycurex.com is still here, we are alive and ready to stand still and provide better services every day.

As our main goal is to provide best possible services for our clients – traders, therefore:

We lower our trading fees from 0.19 % per trade to 0.09 % per trade.

Our new trading fees will be one of the lowest on the market.

Deposits/Withdrawals
-   Deposits are fully automated and your coins will be credited to your Crycurex.com account after 6 confirmations (This rule apply to all coins)
-   Withdrawals are automated, every withdrawal will be pending for 3 hours. If withdrawal was not done by account owner, he has 3 hours to cancel withdrawal and report account abuse.
We do not use e-mail verification for withdrawals, as if user wants to make withdrawal, he has to set up his wallet address, which needs to be confirmed by e-mail confirmation. When address is confirmed, user may withdraw coins to this address only.

We changed user interface, now it’s more user-friendly and there is „less scrolling“ needed to make a trade.

Additional services added:
-   Mining rig service: We are here to help any rig owner, who is stucked and need help to configure his mining Pc as we know, it’s very hard to find help browsing forums. More informations on our website

-   Our own mining rig for rent: We own mining farm with 9.7 Mh/s hashrate and we offer it for rent. More informations on our website

Additional stuff hired:
+ 2 new programmers
+ 3 new support staff
+ 2 new mining rig specialists

Add/Vote for a new coin
Voting for new coins has been changed. Now when certain coin will reach certain sum of donations (currently its 0.3 Btc) it will be added to our Exchange.
To support any coin, simply send desired amount of Btc to address next to coin name. Current donations are visible on our website, next to deposit address.
Why ?
There are new coins launched every day. Lots of them are abandoned by developers in next days, weeks. We do not want coins where clients waste their mining power and after several days, weeks, price of this coin will be 1 satoshi. If coin developer is serious about his coin, small Btc bounty should not be problem.

Markets removed

COXE/Btc - Reason: Wallet synch problem, law problems
Mrc/Btc - Reason: Developers didnt send us promised bounty, low volume
Crn/Btc - Reason: low volume, wallet problems
Lot/Btc - Reason: low volume

Users who had pending orders on one or more markets show above:
- your orders had been cancelled you have coins back in your balances, you can withdraw them

change the STUFF Hired to STAFF hired please looks very sloppy.
also there seems to be 0 activity have u given up ive seen some random posts around the boards where you promise to put their coins on but they dont seem to be showing up X days l8er.
you might be better of REBRANDING atm  i think to many people allready got a bad taste in the mouth from what i read so far(and their spreading that "taste" around) (no im not a Paid hater).
It wouldnt take that much for you to just change the name and start over that will be much easier then to try and dig yourself out of the hole you seem to be in.

I kinda like what your trying to do but you seem to have tried what many people do and just run a half working site .

1 MY advice .. Beta test the shit out of your current exchange .., give some "crappy" coins away and have people test your site for you..
2 Then close the doors and Reopen with Changed name change some colours / logo around and Voilla you will have a exchange that will have a decent chance of getting some marketshare.
3 fire both of your Mining rig specialists Wtf are those anyway ?? and get one marketer in their place .. get a Marketing budget and U Might Might get this whale going but it Wont be as easy as u thought thats for sure.

i could post an additional 20 points but i think u get the gist of what im trying to communicate i wish you the best of luck with your exchange just dont become another cryptorush.in please.
