change the STUFF Hired to STAFF hired please looks very sloppy.
also there seems to be 0 activity have u given up ive seen some random posts around the boards where you promise to put their coins on but they dont seem to be showing up X days l8er.
you might be better of REBRANDING atm  i think to many people allready got a bad taste in the mouth from what i read so far(and their spreading that "taste" around) (no im not a Paid hater).
It wouldnt take that much for you to just change the name and start over that will be much easier then to try and dig yourself out of the hole you seem to be in.

I kinda like what your trying to do but you seem to have tried what many people do and just run a half working site .

1 MY advice .. Beta test the shit out of your current exchange .., give some "crappy" coins away and have people test your site for you..
2 Then close the doors and Reopen with Changed name change some colours / logo around and Voilla you will have a exchange that will have a decent chance of getting some marketshare.
3 fire both of your Mining rig specialists Wtf are those anyway ?? and get one marketer in their place .. get a Marketing budget and U Might Might get this whale going but it Wont be as easy as u thought thats for sure.

i could post an additional 20 points but i think u get the gist of what im trying to communicate i wish you the best of luck with your exchange just dont become another cryptorush.in please.

Sluppy

Yes there is lack of trading at our exchange, as we had coinye and crn which caused more problems then profits or new clients. ... same with mrc

Another problem - as you mentioned - cryptorush - we warned public several times that cryptorush uses paid haters to damage our name and tries to scam clients ... lots of you were making fun of us, now you see cryptorush becomes one of the biggest scam.

It is easy make huge advertisement, have holes in security and run away with users coins .. but crycurex is here since 20th January 2014 .... and we did not run away with clients coins ...

3 ...yes we do have "additional services" .. and we like them and would like to keep them ... thanks for your advice, will think about that

At the end:

Crycurex is still here ... we do not grow fast, we grow stable, we try to have one of the most secured system, as we would like to be stable exchange, we do not want to run away with clients coins.
I know 99 % of you do not believe as you did not believed in January 2014. Ok never mind, we are here and will try to prove you, we try to do serious business.

Lot of paid haters (by cryptorush also) were here, lot of DDoss attacks we had, lot of negative posts where written about us ..

We also know that our english is not superb, but we do have one of the most secured system here, we have 0.09 % trade fees and we would like to stay here and earn 0.09 % from each trade instead of stealing clients coins.

When people realize that, we would be one of the most reliable exchanges with high reputation

Our opinion about Cryptsys 1Gh/s mining shares:

Some of you know that Cryptsy is selling "1Gh/s" mining shares:

https://www.cryptsy.com/markets/view/187

I do not need to write thousands of words, here is my opinion:

Usd/Btc = 400 (usd)
Price of 1 share = 0.0185 Btc = 7.5 Usd

Lets do calculations

Lets talk about 100 shares - that means 750 Usd (as 1 share would earn like 0.0001 usd)

1, As I wrote above if you "invest" 750 usd ... you buy 100 shares (100Gh/s) of mining power ....

2, .... which earns you 230 usd in next 1 year ...

3, ... at current difficulty rise (60% motnhly) .... 1usd shipppnig costs, 0% pool fee, 0 usd electricity (real values)

I think cryptsy is good exchange and I dont want to damage their reputation but

I would not recommend buying those shares at price 0.0185 Btc per share ... as you will invest 750 Usd, after 1 year you will have 250 Usd back. Market will soon set real price of those "shares"

Sharing this post may help not loosing money (btc) for lot of users ... if you agree you can share it, i do not force noone.

I should choose some newly exchange-less coins (because of collapsing or pausing exchanges). Guess some Freshmarket users still have some coins. And OpenEx and Cryptorush users may become impatient as well. To speak for myself, I don't know what to do with my Alcohoin (ALC) (from Freshmarket) or my Binarycoin (BIC) (from OpenEx). Maybe you can attract other users with these kind of coins as well.

PS. I though we were supposed to withdraw the coins that are not traded anymore on your exchange. Why does it already take 5 days to withdraw my LOT? I think this is part of being supportive to your customers as well.
