What happened:: I started off talking to Kmacri after his thread looking to get rid of Jupiter, Saturn and an Avalon box. We came to an agreed price and started looking for an Escrow that he and I both felt comfortable with. Johnk was MIA and we could not get a hold of the few that we could both agree with. So after a few hours of research on him I noticed he had done a few transactions up to 4.5 btc that he had done with no escrow. We made the deal and he was headed to throw it on the last drop off at Fedex and was to send pics of it boxed. That was at 9:30pm (CST) and by 10:30 I shot him an email since I hadn't heard from him. 11:30 I sent another email asking if all was well. I sent another 2 emails before I went to bed at 2am. I woke up with no response and sent him 2 emails this morning including one telling him there is an open scammer thread (even though it looks like his morals have since changed since he was about catching scammers in other posts). Also I should note that I have a FedEX and UPS account and nothing ever showed up in my incoming deliveries before I went to bed so I had already feared the worst. So I made the ultimate stupid decision that now cost me 6.75 btc. I know I can't get anything back so I only want to warn people of him.

Additional Notes: Real taste of when people that seemed legit and had been in the same situation as me and not using an escrow (he had a transaction review for the samething) really will dick you over.

BTC bounty to anyone that can give information how to get in contact and possibly resolve this issue with him. I still thing something could have happen but I also know that is usually not the case. Just crossing my fingers that this will be taken care of and this thread won't matter.
