Question:   Not sure how many people got these rack-mount units from BFL.  I wanted to know if I should see 3 or 4 hashing processes (Just like you would see one for each GPU) in CGminer per rack mount.   Right now I am seeing 3, and I want to confirm if this is correct or not?   Thanks in advance.

From what I recall the photo showed, what I assumed to be, 4 60Gh/s units at like a 30 degree angle with fans on both sides.  Four units would be ~240 GH/s.

I haven't seen one of these in the wild yet. How loud and hot is it? Server grade PSU inside?

Should be 4 processes, did you try cycling power (I'd personally suggest a 20-30 sec wait before power up, but then I'm heavy into electronics).  If that doesn't bring up a 4th, then open it up and unplug/plug each from the hub and see if that helps.  If you have a bad board, I'd say see if you can just RMA that board so you can have the rest of your machine hashing instead of being fully down.

@wpgdeez: I don't know if it is the norm or not, but the one I run is fairly loud (I keep it far from my bedroom) and it seems to do well on temps, when I first tested it the room was around 74 degrees F and none of the boards got over 72 degrees C.  Now that's it's in a location with 60-62 degree temps, the boards run between 56 and 60 C.
