So I was here yesterday on the start.
So I got about dunno, few blocks while we were way past 4000.
And yeah, a lot of people were screaming how no blocks for them either, orphans or rejects.

And, well, with BIG premine, which I usually don't care about, and it's the same case here, I wonder what happened and who mined the 4000 blocks?
I'm surprised to see this was not re-launched actually.
As, you know, it doesn't have to be dev, but I suppose some of you can imagine what happens first day of exchange for this coin? I doubt I have draw it for you.
Because, in fact, due to I suppose BUG, first some part of blocks were in fact 3600/2700 and 900, so 4000*so much leads up to more than millions.

That's not much swag for a coin called swag, if you know what I mean.
Anyone has some info about thoughts above?

Yes it was a mess. The big reward blocks where mined instantly by a few. They took like 10 min instead of 1 day.

But there where more things. I could only connect 2 out of 4 cards per rig for solo mining. So i mined with 5 mh instead of 10 and yes solomined for 2 hours and I found 900 coins that' s just bullshit.

Dedicated pool was too late although they said they tested 10 blocks. They always use the same tricks. Blablabla dashboard will update blablabla but nobody can see how many blocks are being mined and nobody can see superblocks, how can we miners check if they rip us off or not? Why couldn't i get  a connection to dedicated pools while big starterblocks where being mined? I don't say they ripped us off but it sure looks pretty fishy as there are tens of thousands of dollars in this early mining game.

Dedicated pools fucks up every launch. Its ridiculous, there should be some standard for mining pools.

Coin devs should lurk more before they launch more crap.
The forum strives to allow free discussion of any ideas. All policies are built around this principle. This doesn't mean you can post garbage, though: posts should actually contain ideas, and these ideas should be argued reasonably.

Yeah. Well, for me that basically means no more hash for this shit.
I actually spent also about 2h of mining to get 5.4k out, which would look fine if I ignore this 4000 blocks bullshit.
Which I can't as all this seems like the "word I won't use" Wink

Shame though, some thought has been put into wallet, and somebody EVEN (WOW WOW) made a 2 line of code extra effort and actually made a small alert in cases where password is short, I was a bit impressed that there are actually people who can do more than copy/paste and change few variables.

But until you sort this and turn this "word I won't use" into legit stuff, I'll be away, or near, depends on if the FUD has to be spread :p
No hard feelings, but in controlled markets, this is prison material.
Swag out.

We're sorry you can't read. I mean it did say right there that there's a problem with the current password, the default password being "somepassword". And it did say the error is connected to the usage of server=1. And you can take that out of there if you dont want to solo-mine. And if you do want to solomine it's better to have a better password then "somepassword" amirite?

Speaking of pools that need more hashpower.. P2Pool is at a reasonable +8 MH/s, but node http://swagcoin.p2p.0x0a.nl:52653 (0.9% fee) was abandoned over night. It's like a huge crib up for grabs - who'll be first Tongue?

p2p.0x0a.nl for all your Cryptographic Anomaly, Cypherfunks, FryCoin, GameCredits, Gulden, PenguinCoin, and TittieCoin p2pool nodes! Err.. I mean needs! .. Both.
