In mid-2013, I did several transactions with CampBX and they all worked out fine. Not recently, however.
I also have no experience attempting to contact their support (didn't need to, everything worked out fine.)
How many days since the failed transfer and the initial e-mails to their support? Got more of a timeline?
I'd say an attorney might be in the mix. It might involve identifying the business that runs the exchange. I believe there's a name listed on the website, and an office address, and it led me to a Better Business Bureau page (they're not registered with them) and there's an office address to send registered mail to if needed.
