I bought some LIZA coin from Feb., Mar. and Apr. this year by both USD and BTC. However, I just found out that there is not any LIZA coins on my account any more. I did check the history, all of the purchases are clear there and tell how many LIZA coins I bought and how much I paid. All of the coins are missing and I could not trade. Does anyone has similar situation? Does anyone know what happened and how should we get all of our LIZA return from yobit?

Thanks!!!

Hi Liugx,

I'm also new here on bitcointalk and registered because of the question: where is my liza-balance. it happened also to me, exactly as your case. i was very euphoric when heard: liza went up^^^ and then: in my balances only 0.00000157 lizas instead of much more, how it is exactly in my buy-sell-history listed.

Now, i wrote to the yobit- support, but i heard, they need some 3 weeks to answer, if they answer... If i'd hear some news about in this case, i'd write it to you, would be nice if you got some news about this ... case! Any other answers also very welcome!

Greets, Jan

Hi Jan,

Thanks for your reply. Definitely I will share what I heard/learned to you. Did you also try to communicate this issue in the Yobit chat? I did try a little bit yesterday and then I was blocked (I guess). Anyway, let us share each other what we know.

Best!

Hi,

it's pretty thrilling now, I wrote to Yobit (support) and really received a mail, where they asked, what kind of compensation i would like to get from the insurance fund. I calculated my amount and wrote back, i want the half of my estimated LIZA- amount at that time. So, maybe, there is a mini-chance to get something back...?!

Hopeful regards!

No, they didn't answer yet, would be too nice... Strange thing that you are striked at the chat, one could assume, yobit wants to hide sth?! I shortly read their conditions, there is only 1 sentence that could exclude a liability for a coin-loss. especially in my (our?) case: there were no  withdrawals to somewhere else! It would be a BIG case for a lawyer, I think, it's about MUCH MONEY..! I wrote yobit 3 times the same in a harsh way now, maybe it helps... Thanks, NetTime for the proposals. Liugx, did you write to some of them?

Nevertheless, have a good evening!

Hi Jan,

Thanks. It is so crazy. I also believe this is a case that lawyer may help. Let us probably also think this way too.

Since my chat function was blocked in youbit, I can not send any message. Could you please a few?

Also, do you know where the yobit office physically located in? Maybe we should go over there directly for support and customer help.

BTW, I love Netherlands, I lived in Leiden for 2 years before Smiley.

Best!

I always see people complaining about yobit, coins are lost, deposits don't arrive, wallets suddenly get closed for no apparent reasons.
I wouldn't really trade there unless I really have to.

I do not trust Yobit, they add a huge number of shitcoins regularly for the sake of money. They also remove any coin without any permissio from their users. The best way here, is go to ANN thread, or Bounty page of Liza, and PM the active users of this coin to know whats happening.

Wow, they actually replied and asked how much you want to be compensated for from an insurance fund? First time I've heard an exchange say they're insured, and first time they are asking YOU to name a compensation. Why did you only ask for half though? I personally used Yobit without any issues but not for long, just some trades to get myself WAVES while cashing out a ton of shitcoins.

Did a quick look up on Lizacoins and they were only traded on Yobit. And via vouchers? So no blockchain... then the ANN post clearly describes it as a virtual token for pyramid scheme. There is your answer.

Thanks so much for your info. and discussion.

Does anyone know where the yobit office physically located in? I may travel and visit them to resolve my lost LIZA coins since they are big money now.

By the way, what dose ANN stand for?

Best!

Hi again,

what I could find out is just, that yobit seems to be in russia. The ending .io is an indish ocean- domain address... and there are tons of complaints in chats and crypto-checklists and also written here, thanks for that. If I read all that, yobit seems to be highly criminal and it's like talking to a wall: all my emails (to their support) are answered with that same proposal: how much I want from their insurance asset, that's sneering. I lost my motivation to take action now, honestly, it's just not realistic to get our money back: where are they in Russia?  They're obvious criminals and when I read all these reviews, so many have been betrayed and couldn't get their money back, and I think with legal device (and I wouldn't take other) there's almost no chance, even with a lawyer. One should spend too much time and energy to have a success there, I think for tonight... I'm from Bavaria! You?

Liza can be considered as yobit its own coin and all of the control has owned by yobit. My friend has been getting similar problem like you dude. I never gonna think that will be back. Yobit is a scam, i have some dash and it's locked in my yobit account and i can't even access my balance.
